We had a lovely time at John Dory's. We went for the Wednesday half price sushi and some dinner as well. The staff were incredibly friendly even though they were super busy. The food was amazing too. Definitely recommend.

This was the worst experiance ever. We were at your restuarant since 14h00 untill 16h30 and eventualy asked for take aways for the price of the food and the little portions. And please dont tell me you had one chef and you were bussy. There were one table with 2 people and a table that came after us of 6. We use to love JD but this was not a pleasent experiance we paid R1400 just to sit and wait and eat at home. look at this how over cooked the is the fish. i would have had beter quality at mc donalds

We visited this restaurant on our friend’s birthday on 1 Sep. The restaurant was not very busy. The waitress was friendly and we ordered our drinks and food. We wanted Windhoek Draft, but unfortunately they did not have in stock. Our food arrived in 20 min, and it was well presented and delicious.
One of the things that always impresses me at this restaurant, is the fact there is always management presence, and they know their regular clients.
Close to our home, safe underground parking and located in a shopping mall, it remains one of our most visited restaurants.

We were invited by friends to join them for lunch. The restaurant was not very busy, and we were seated at a booth.
The waitress was quick to take our drinks order, whilst we examined the menu. Our drinks arrived and we placed our orders.
My wife and I opted for Tempura Prawn Cucumber Rolls for a starter. It was simply delicious.
For mains I ordered Quarter Chicken Combo and Rib’s, and my wife a Grilled Steak and Calamari Combo. The food was delicious and the servings generous.
We left there feeling rather full and satisfied with our lunch.
