I will certainly recommend John Dory Pavilion as the staff are always friendly and wear a lovely smile making your time spent there a pleasure. Meals are always up to standard and delicious. The waiting is not long and the manager always checks up on you at least 3 times. She is delightful and so humble. Its clear that everyone there enjoy their job. My experience there is top class customer service. This was at 7pm on 1 December 2023. ,🤗❤

My wife had lunch at this restaurant. We both selected the steak and calamari with vegetables special. Just after we staring eating our meal, the waiter who served us asked how we are enjoying our meal. I said to him the calamari and vegetables are excellent, but I found the steak a bit touch. He apologised to me and thought nothing further about my comment. The next thing the lady manager on duty called at our table and wanted to learn a bit more about my concern. She apologised to me and thanked me for bringing up my concern. She said that they recently changed their meat supplier and were keen to see how the quality was. She insisted on preparing another steak for me, which I said was not necessary. She brought a new steak, which was not tough and delicious. I took this home as a takeaway and enjoyed it as part of my supper. What a great surprise to seeing staff prepared to go the extra mile, to ensure their customers are satisfied,

The sushi was well presented and was very good. Waiter good service, competent and friendly. The manager also called by occaisionally to see that everything was in order. Normal John Dory layout inside and comfortable.Only problem was there were only two waiters at the time but we were not in a hurry.
